1Acceptance of Terms & SC99 Member Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member") and SC99 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the SC99 platform at sc99.run, you expressly and clearly agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as SC99's Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of this agreement.

To be eligible to register as an SC99 member, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident residing in Malaysia.
• Must have an active Malaysian phone number that can be verified via OTP.
• Has never been banned or suspended by SC99 previously.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business entity for payment processing purposes.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

SC99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to verify your eligibility when asked, SC99 reserves the right to suspend your account until verification is complete. Any winnings obtained by a member who is subsequently found to not meet the eligibility requirements will be voided and will not be paid out.

2SC99 Account Registration & Management

SC99's registration process is designed to be simple and quick. To create an account, you will need to provide an active Malaysian phone number, a unique username, and a strong password. SC99 will send an OTP to your phone number for identity verification. Your account will be activated immediately upon successful verification.

As an SC99 member, you are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential. SC99 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a member's own disclosure of their login credentials.
• Keeping your profile information — including your phone number, email, and payment details — up to date and accurate at all times.
• Notifying SC99 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensuring that all activity in your account complies with SC99's terms and conditions at all times.

SC99 reserves the right to request full identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) from any member at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals exceeding RM5,000. SC99's KYC process requires a copy of your identity card (MyKad) and may include a selfie taken alongside the document. This information is stored securely and used solely for identity verification purposes.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions at SC99

SC99 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals easy for members. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and processed through secure, registered payment gateways.

Regarding withdrawals, SC99 processes all valid withdrawal requests within the stated timeframe. Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes. • Arbitrage Betting — betting strategies designed to exploit odds discrepancies in order to guarantee a profit are not permitted at SC99 and may result in the cancellation of the bets concerned.

For SC99 Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds used to calculate winnings, unless the bet was placed after the acceptance time limit has expired. SC99 reserves the right to reject or void any bet if the displayed odds contain a significant error caused by a technical fault.

6SC99 Account Closure & Suspension

SC99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, with or without notice, in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any threat to the integrity of the platform. The following situations may result in action being taken against an account:

• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or KYC process.
• Holding more than one SC99 account (duplicate accounts).
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability or loophole within SC99's system.
• Bonus system abuse, including collusion between multiple accounts to manipulate bonuses.
• Using automated software or tools (bots) to access or play on the SC99 platform.
• Reporting suspected money laundering activity (AML — Anti-Money Laundering).
• Violation of any term within these SC99 Terms & Conditions.

If your account is closed by SC99 due to a terms violation, any balance associated with the violating activity will be forfeited. If you voluntarily close your account through the self-exclusion feature or at your own request, any valid balance will be returned to you once identity verification is complete.

Continued use of the SC99 platform after any changes to the terms take effect will be considered acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any valid balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion and negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
